Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about our products/services.

Convert inbound inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services based on customer interest.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
