Overview:
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate sales through Inbound calls, engaging potential customers, and promoting products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Inbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Should take calls and explains about the offers for personal loans and Business Loan.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers for future follow-ups.
To identify and address customer needs and concerns. Provide accurate and detailed information about personal loan to potential customers.
Contact potential customers to inform them about products or services
Answer questions about the products or services and present their benefits
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Manage and update customer databases with contact information and customer interactions
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the sales team
