Outbound Calling:

• Make a specified number of calls daily to potential customers as provided by the company.
• Follow a prepared script to introduce products and services to prospects.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through conversation.
• Update and manage customer databases with new customer information and status updates.

Customer Service:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary information.
• Resolve issues or escalate them to the relevant department as necessary.

Sales and Promotion:

• Promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and offers.
• Follow up on initial contacts and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.

Reporting:

• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Skills:
