Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a record of calls and sales activities in an organized manner.
• Follow up with potential customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Regularly attending team meetings to better clarify progress and expectations related to your performance

Requirements:

• Any degree is acceptable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is preferred.
