About the Role
We are seeking Call Center Executive to provide GST support services to the Government of India on a pan-India basis. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to GST.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers seeking GST-related assistance.
* Provide accurate and timely information regarding GST rules, regulations, and procedures.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
* Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
* 12th standard pass or above.
* Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam, with basic English communication skills.
* Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 WPM.
* Sales experience or a willingness to work in a sales-oriented role.
* Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills
* Prior experience in the GST or tax domain.
* Knowledge of government policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software.
