Job Title: Telecaller Fresher

Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District
Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers.
• Introduce and promote company products/services.
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in inside sales (BDE).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
• Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them
