Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to explain our training and recruitment services.
• Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about course offerings.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure conversion into clients.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the training or recruitment sector.
• Familiarity with lead generation and sales techniques.
