Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills in American English, and a good understanding of CRM tools. This is a remote position requiring work during US shifts. Previous experience with American customers is preferrable.
Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in fluent American English.
Understand and address customer inquiries related to wealth management services.
Maintain and update client records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with good grades.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a customer support role for the US market. Previous experience with the US market is preferable.
Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
Strong knowledge of wealth management and financial products.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work during US shifts (night shifts in India).
