We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills in American English, and a good understanding of CRM tools. This is a remote position requiring work during US shifts. Previous experience with American customers is preferrable.

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in fluent American English.

• Understand and address customer inquiries related to wealth management services.

• Maintain and update client records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with good grades.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a customer support role for the US market. Previous experience with the US market is preferable.

• Skills and Tools:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management and financial products.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work during US shifts (night shifts in India).
