Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive telemarketing activities, mastering lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.

2. Manage inbound and outbound calls, catering to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, emails, and live chat.

4. Independently strive to exceed performance targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.

2. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

3. Age limit below 40 years.

4. Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Must have a laptop and broadband connection for remote work.

Benefits:
