Responsible for sale of products to customers abiding by all the SOPs, policies and procedures and ensuring a high level of customer service. Along with sales would be involved in branch activities like store opening/closing activities, outdoor activities
KRA Counter Set-up, Display and Product care, Sales & Gold Tree Scheme, Customer Handling, Stock Monitoring and Product Knowledge, Reporting and Documentation
Responsibilities -
Executes the movement of items in locker during opening & closing of showroom.
Ensure usage of relevant props for section wise display without compromising the security of items.
Perform regular cleaning of display section.
Make display spaces attractive and the trays well positioned throughout the day.
Execute Visual Merchandising protocols as per Occasions & Promotions.
Report on the working condition of the equipment/ infrastructure.
Achieve assigned sales target through focused sell on Products, Cross-sell and upsell.
Assist other staffs during sales.
Conduct timely Tele-Calling {For occasions, promotions, wishes, marketing activities, exhibition etc.
Verify and collect old gold based on value calculation.
Coordinate with respective for collection of monthly scheme payments.
Handle advance booking by understanding customer context and requirement.
Welcome customers and understand their requirement.
Become an ambassador of Bhima, offering positive customer experience during the sales process.
Adhere to Bhima grooming standards.
Understand the customer preference and offer to show items accordingly.
Provide adequate assistance and information to customers on product features.
Confirm a tentative delivery time to customer and ensure regular updates on status.
Ensure that each customer writes their review and feedback.
