Job Description

*Admin Manager - Sales:*
*Job Title:* Admin Manager - Sales
*Location:* Johnson's Academy for Music, Dance, Fitness, and Art, Bangalore, Karnataka
*Job Type:* Full-time

*Job Summary:*We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager - Sales to lead our sales team at Johnson's Academy. The Admin Manager - Sales will oversee all sales activities, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for the performing arts industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including parents, students, and partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding admissions, payments, and student records.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the education or arts sector.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
