Job Title: Loan Sales Officer

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, guiding clients through loan applications, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of loan products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination: Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate loan products based on their financial needs and goals. Process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Sales and Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets for loan origination by proactively reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and closing sales.

• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on loan options, interest rates, repayment terms, and other relevant financial information.

• Application Processing: Collect and verify required documentation from clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support throughout the loan process.

• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position and sell loan products.

• Compliance: Ensure all loan transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, loan applications, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports for management on performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Degree

• Experience: Min 1 year of Experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) Banking Sector

• Skills:

o Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

1) Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting processes, and financial regulations.

2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
