Site Supervisor Job Description:-

• Managing workflow: Assigning tasks, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management
• Supporting staff: Providing guidance, identifying development needs, and coaching and mentoring other employees
• Communicating: Relaying information between their team and upper management
• Improving processes: Reviewing and improving processes to contribute to the efficiency of their department
• Setting targets: Setting targets for their teams
• Training new employees: Orienting new employees to the routines of the operation
• Interpreting company policies: Interpreting company policies on workers
• Recommending personnel actions: Recommending or initiating personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
• And Other work As per management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: As per Interview

Work Location: Vadodara, Ahmedabad , Surat.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
