Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
