Experience:0 to 1 year in the field service of medical, biomedical equipment’s or related product field sales and service.

Job overview:

We are looking for service engineer to join our team. Candidates with electrical, mechanical and service background in the field of medical or related are encouraged. Freshers who are interested in field service work can also apply.

Roles and responsibilities:

·       Only male candidates can apply (100%)

·       Must have strong understanding of the products of the company and its functionalities and should be able to learn and understand company’s new products quickly.

·       Being the direct person to interact with the customer, communicate effectively with them to understand their issues and deliver prompt, effective, timely and quality service.

·       Must be able to do field service and sales of company products in and around respected area.

·       Work closely with the service managers to address specific customer issues, understand it and deliver appropriate service.

·       Proven experience in past as a service engineer or field service engineer, well versed in handling and servicing products that closely matches with company’s products.

·       Educate and explain the customers on company’s products and attract new business.

·       Update oneself regularly on company’s current products and its functions.

·       Possess through knowledge (both theoretical and practical) in product’s core functionalities.

·       Ensure to be available on timely basis in customer places based on calls assigned to deliver prompt service.

·       Must be willing to travel 100% within India.
