Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in villa-related projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and managing villa construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop villa projects, including layout, foundation, structure, and finishes

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards

- Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients

- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering

- 3-5 years of experience in villa-related construction projects

- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software

- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
