Job Summary:- Manage Sales operations and business development initiatives.
- Meet with project Consultants, Architects, Civil Contractors, Government Departments to promote and market products and services.
- Oversee the entire tendering process from initiation to final execution including thorough follow-up and coordination.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts & executing growth programs.
- Travelling throughout the entire state as required for business purposes.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
- Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
- Experience in direct sales & marketing of engineering/ construction related products with direct marketing techniques.
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.
- Must have complete knowledge of the construction industry.
- Must be willing to travel extensively, approximately four days per week to fulfill job responsibilities.
