We are seeking an energetic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help coordinate recruiting activities, interact with candidates, and assist with managing the recruitment process to build a pipeline of talented individuals for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Coordination: Assist in identifying candidates from various channels, including campus events, job fairs, online platforms, and social media, to attract early-career talent.
- Event Support and Logistics: Help plan, organize, and coordinate campus recruiting events, information sessions, and interviews, ensuring smooth execution and a positive candidate experience.
- Pipeline and Database Management: Track candidate progress, maintain the talent database and ensure accurate and timely updates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and answer questions, fostering a welcoming and professional experience.
- Brand Promotion: Represent MAQ Software as an employer of choice by sharing our values, culture, and career opportunities with students and recent graduates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with social media, and willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
