> Working days - Monday to Friday (5 days of work)

> Working time - 9:30 AM-6:30 PM (General Shift)

Responsibilities:

Ensure that orders to subordinates are given in a timely manner, ensuring tasks as distributed equally, and to the correct personnel to ensure the highest possible results and productivity.

Organize and schedule various meetings and presentations along with regular training programs to assist with the development of the administrative team.

Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and training, and development of new hires for the department whilst working with other managers to ascertain and identify staffing needs within the business.

Takes responsibility for client service levels, ensuring the level of service provided is in line with the business standards and ensures complete client satisfaction by resolving queries, disputes, or complaints in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the quality department to assist with improving the quality of work and levels of productivity within the team.

Make suggestions and develop innovative solutions to improve service, quality, and training.
