Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess the visual acuity and overall eye health of patients.
Diagnose and manage various visual conditions and ocular diseases.
Prescribe and fit glasses or contact lenses based on the individual needs of patients.
Educate patients on proper eye care practices and provide guidance on maintaining healthy visual habits.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Optometry and recommend appropriate technologies or treatments for improved patient care.
Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation of patient information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in optometry or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Must have completed 1 year of Internship in Optometry.
Valid license to practice as an Optometrist in India.
Proven experience in providing comprehensive eye care services, preferably with a minimum of 0-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting eye examinations and performing diagnostic tests.
