Salary: INR 14,000 - 16,000 per month

Job Description:
Paxpin Care is looking for a General Duty Assistant - Home Care to support our nursing staff in delivering quality home healthcare services. The General Duty Assistant will assist patients with daily activities and ensure a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient's living environment.
Assist with basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of a nurse.
Monitor patient health and report any concerns to the nursing staff.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.
Proficiency in Tamil and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused with a strong desire to help others.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
