Job Description:
As the Online Sales and Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in generating leads, driving online sales, and enhancing our brand presence through strategic digital campaigns. Your efforts will be pivotal in advertising our services and promoting the company on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Manage and grow TGL Corp's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns leveraging social media and other digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to create and manage paid campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
