Job Title: Office Boy

Job Description:

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Boy to support our office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The Office Boy will be responsible for various administrative and support tasks, including maintaining the office space, assisting staff, and ensuring that office supplies are stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:

Keep the office environment clean and organized.
Ensure all areas of the office, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms, are tidy and well-maintained.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms for presentations, meetings, and events.

Administrative Support:

Deliver and distribute documents, packages, and messages within and outside the office.
Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Support staff with various tasks and assignments as directed.

Supply Management:

Monitor and restock office supplies, such as stationery, water, and snacks.
Place orders for office supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Reception Support:

Greet visitors and guests, ensuring they are welcomed appropriately.
Assist with answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

Others:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with organizing office events and team-building activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in an office environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, etc.).
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry items as needed (typically up to 25 lbs).
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing tasks that involve physical activity.
