Job Title: Part-Time BPO Office Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document processing.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries through email, chat, or voice platforms, as required.
• Support the team with day-to-day operations and other back-office duties.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain and organize office documentation, both physical and digital.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Prior experience in a BPO or office role is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work part-time, with flexible working hours.
