Job Title: Part-Time BPO Office Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document processing.
Assist in managing customer inquiries through email, chat, or voice platforms, as required.
Support the team with day-to-day operations and other back-office duties.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
Maintain and organize office documentation, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Prior experience in a BPO or office role is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
