Required male or female candidates having MS office knowledge and ready to travel locally in Bangalore limit. Should have experience in excel and should handle site work and handle site works and manage site work.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to accounting, budget or financial queries regarding data from staff in the field site
primarily;
2. Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee
reimbursements, and statements;
3. Enter, update, and/or retrieve accounting data from automated systems;
4. Assign codes to data;
5. Determine content and assemble data in order to prepare monthly reports for review;
6. Pre-audit, verify, and process employee expense claims reviewing rule for employee
compliance;
7. Establish and revise work methods, forms, formats, and standards to improve operating
efficiency;
8. Assure that the work meets quality and production standards by reviewing the work for accuracy and proper completion and monitoring output;
9. File and/or remove records and reports;
