Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with our in-house software development teams to provide prompt and effective resolution to client issues related to our Clinical Trials Management Software.
Conducting screen share meetings to facilitate clear communication and address any further clarifications required for specific issues or enhancements.
We will give exposure and training in Manual Software Testing with every new version release, enhancing skill sets and opening doors to future opportunities.
Operating in two shifts: afternoon (2 PM - 11 PM) and night (10 PM - 7 AM),with each shift lasting one month, offering flexibility and balance.
