Job Profile:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at FiveS Digital located in Mohali district. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. They will also handle customer inquiries, develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, and maintain customer databases.

Process: Pharmaceutical/Trading

Flexible in 24x7 working atmosphere.

Primary Language: Hindi and English

Work from Office in Mohali.

Healthy mix of graduate/undergraduate (min qualification of 12th pass)

English Writing Skills should be excellent.

English typing skill should be 25 words per minute.

Male candidates to be ready with late evening shift.

For females only day shifts.
