*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive - Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the process of buying or renting properties.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Outbound Calling:* Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases, leads, or lists to promote real estate properties.
2. *Lead Generation:* Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
3. *Client Interaction:* Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
4. *Product Knowledge:* Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, pricing, and the real estate market to effectively pitch to clients.
5. *Scheduling Site Visits:* Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
6. *Follow-ups:* Regularly follow up with leads and clients to convert prospects into sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. *Database Management:* Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
8. *Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the firm.
9. *Customer Support:* Provide post-sales support and handle any client queries or issues.
10. *Market Feedback:* Provide feedback to the management on market trends, client preferences, and competition.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or inside sales executive, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in [Hindi , English , Marathi].
