About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct exploratory rounds from the shortlisted profiles
3. Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks
4. Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and events
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Conduct research on HR-related topics and trends as needed
7. Provide general support to the HR team as needed
8. Assist in HR operations
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a master's degree in human resources or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
7. Prior experience in HR or related fields is a plus
