About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
3. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
6. Work on extending job offers to successful candidates and negotiating employment terms, as needed
7. Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating new hire paperwork and orientation
8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in human resources management, MBA HR
