Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates

Conduct new employee orientations and oversee the onboarding process

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries

Conduct performance management and employee evaluation processes

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date
