Responsibilities:
● Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and
offboarding. ● Administer benefits, payroll, and leave management.
● Handle employee relations, resolving issues and providing support.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
● Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
