Key Responsibilities:
HR Advisory:
Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.

Manage the recruitment process, from job onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Brand Advisory:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the company’s offerings and value proposition.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR and brand management roles.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.

Demonstrated experience in building and promoting a brand in the market.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
