Front-End Web and Graphic Designer
WHY LAB is seeking a versatile and creative designer to join our dynamic startup team. We're looking for an individual with a strong foundation in web design, graphic design, and print media to help us build visually stunning and user-centric brand experiences. Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging user interfaces for our web applications and platforms.

• Create captivating visual assets for various marketing channels, including social media, print, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity.

• Stay at the forefront of design trends and technologies.

• Contribute to the overall user experience by understanding user needs and behaviors.
Skill sets:
• Proven experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and proficiency in other relevant design tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad

Salary: The initial salary range for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 pm. However, we offer competitive compensation packages based on experience, skills, and portfolio quality. Exceptional candidates with a strong design school background and proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly may be eligible for a starting salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 pm.
