This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Coach at Health Is Luxury. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for conducting group exercises, providing fitness training, offering nutritional guidance, delivering fitness instructions, and staying updated on the fitness industry trends.

Responsibilities:-

● Identify the clients’ fitness level and health.

● Conducting initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.

● Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviours.

● Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.

● Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs..

● Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.

● Building a positive client engagement

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

● Ability to retain customers by upselling, cross selling and renewing programs.

Skills:

· Proven experience as a fitness and nutrition coach or similar role preferred.

· Strong communication and coaching skills.

· Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and coaching techniques.
