Working Conditions:

1. This is a Full-Time role at Heart It Out. Working hours: 8 hours of work per day for 5 days a week (weekly offs rotate/change every month).

2. This role has two rotational shifts (shifts rotate every month): Morning (8am to 4pm) and Evening shift (4pm to 9pm) from the Office (Koramangala, Bangalore).

3. Compensation would be 3.6 LPA.

1. This role is open to Psychology Graduates and Masters degree holders who are passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.

2. The ideal candidate has excellent multitasking skills, good time management skills and pays great attention to detail.

3. The ideal candidate is passionate about working in the mental health care space. We appreciate individuals who can take on initiative and responsibility.

4. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, presentable and most importantly an empathetic human being.

5. Being non-judgemental and professionalism are much appreciated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.

2. Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications. Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.

3. Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.

4. Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.

5. Provide a kind and non-judgmental space to people who are reaching out to Heart It Out seeking mental health care and services.

6. Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.

7. Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.

8. Checking and follow ups for cart abandonments.
