Customer Care Executive:
Number of Opening: 8 Heads required.
Shift Timing: Rotational between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Week off: Rotational.
Job Description:
· Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to all patient parties to follow up on medical billing for lab test.
· Verify patient information, test details, and billing codes to ensure accurate billing and registration.
· Explain billing discrepancies, policies, and payment options to patients and providers.
· Handle inquiries related to test prices, booking timings and available slots.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the company's database.
· Utilize scripts and templates as needed to ensure consistent and professional communication.
· Provide excellent customer service and address concerns or questions with empathy and patience.
· Assign collectors as per schedule and taken the follow up it they did the collection or not.
· Assist in administrative tasks related to medical billing, including data entry and document management.
· You have to achieve the monthly target to accomplish the revenue.
Salary Range:
Customer Care Executive: Rupees13 thousands to 15 thousands per month
Experienced: Approx with 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in telesales.
