Contractor / Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for delivering
business objectives through CG contractors (share gain at existing contractors
and acquiring new contractors)
2. S/He will be responsible for Identifying and enrolling Contractors on Contractor
Loyalty Program (Colour Guru) as per guidelines / norms.
3. Regular engagement with allocated CG contractors. (Engagement – 50% of
registered contractors buy month on month from ANI)
4. S/He will be responsible for training of registered CG contractors at fixed interval.
5. Timely communication of all contractor schemes
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (Business Development)
1. Responsible for demand Generation activities / Sell Out support to depot team
through CG contractors as directed by MDO.
2. Identify and enrol Contractors on Contractor Loyalty Program (Colour Guru) as
per guidelines / norms.
3. Regular engagement with Colour Guru contractors
Responsible for minimum 60 contractors
Ensure 50% of registered contractors buy AN products month on month
4. Assist / help CG contractors in converting and/or upselling to their customers
5. Provide service to CG contractor’s customers in terms of preview, site
supervision, attending and resolving customer complaints in timely manner
6. Communication of points to CG contractors with fixed interval
7. Customer Complaint Management (attending, recording & communicating to
MDO) on the sites handled by his/her contractors
