Job Opening – Customer Support Executive
Job Location – Bavdhan - Pune
Roles and Responsibilities –
• To inform clients by explaining product and their features and subscription information.
• To ensure that all clients have the best possible experience of our product.
• To respond and resolve online queries received via e-mail and social media.
• To be a pro-active member of the Product support team and support all calls.
• To handle and resolve complaints relating to product support in a professional and effective manner.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules and features of the Definedge Products.
• Provide excellent Client support in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
• Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of any technical or connectivity issues.
• Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.
Technical and Soft Skills requirements:-
• Excellent written/verbal communications skills, listening skills, perseverance and time management.
• Should possess relationship skills, problem solving ability backed by integrity and trust.
• Approachability and Understanding of sensitivity of client issues/complaints.
• Should be self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, dependable, responsible team-player and develop
good customer relationship skills and a team player.
• Listen to the Relationship Manager’s feedback and take action accordingly.
