• Communicating With Customers Through Various Channels-WhatsApp/Emails/Calls
• Acknowledging And Resolving Customer Complaints.
• Knowing Our Products Inside and Out So That You Can Answer Questions Keeping
Records of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Comments, And Complaints.
• Communicating And Coordinating with Colleagues as Necessary.
• Good Writing Skills, Can Work on Content If Required
• Help To Do Some Game Related Tests
• Call Back to Top Users
• Other Temporary Tasks
• Ability To Stay Calm When Customers Are Stressed or Upset.
• Comfortable Using Computers.
• Experience Working with Customer Support.
• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
Education: Higher Education – 10/12th OR Graduate
Language: Hindi & English (Preferred)
