**Job Location:** Noida, Sector 63

**Shift Timings:** 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

**Job Description:**

We are hiring for the role of **International Voice Process** to join our dynamic team based in Noida, Sector 63. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to our international clients. This is a night shift position with excellent benefits and a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-  Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

-  Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company guidelines and protocols.

-  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

-  Achieve performance targets set by the company for quality and efficiency. 

**Job Details:**

-  **Shift Timings:** 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (8 hours login time).

-  **Working Days:** 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed offs.

-  **Location:** Noida, Sector 63 (on-site work).

-  **Cab Facility:** On-site cab service provided for female employees within a 10 km radius from Day 1.

-  **Perks:** Tea and snacks are provided by the company during shifts. 

**Qualifications:**

-  Strong verbal communication skills in English.

-  Ability to work night shifts.

-  Prior experience in customer service or an international voice process is preferred but not required.

-  A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
