Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and standards
Ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to regulations
Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
Skills:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
