All-Rounder at Handcrafted Ice Cream Store

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 / month

Work Schedule: 6 days / week
Experience: 1 year F&B experience preferred

Position: All-Rounder

Key Responsibilities:

Ice Cream Preparation: Assist in the preparation and making of our handcrafted ice creams, from mixing ingredients to experimenting with new flavours.
Customer Service: Serve our customers with a smile, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
Cashiering: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently via POS system.
General Duties: Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, and assist with any other tasks as needed.

Hospitality Experience: A background in F&B is preferable.
Customer-Oriented: A friendly, approachable demeanour with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to take on various roles as needed.
Responsible and Autonomous: Able to manage tasks independently with a high degree of responsibility.
