Land Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and secure residential land and redevelopment projects.
Negotiation and Due Diligence: Lead negotiations and conduct legal and commercial due diligence.
Networking: Build relationships with real estate intermediaries, local brokers, and landowners.
Marketing and Business Development: Develop marketing materials and execute business development strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams and report acquisition activities and progress.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and networking skills.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
