We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and consulting, with the ability to understand and solve complex business problems. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.

• Client Engagement:

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.

• Requirement Analysis:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews with clients.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform detailed data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to clients and stakeholders.

• Solution Design & Recommendation:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and recommend solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to support proposed solutions.

• Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Documentation:

  • Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process documentation, use cases, and user stories.
  • Ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and is easily accessible.

• Project Management:

  • Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.

• Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Develop training materials and user manuals as needed.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the firm's business analysis methodologies and tools.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an advisory or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions for clients.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

• Certifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) are a plus.
