Job Description:

The MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) department under the Government of India is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ZEd Facilitator to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting industry owners by creating and facilitating the ZEd (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certificate process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist industry owners in the application process for the ZEd Certificate.
Review and verify the necessary documents for ZEd certification.
Provide guidance and support to industry owners in understanding and meeting ZEd certification requirements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing of certification.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of the certification process.
Report progress and any issues to the relevant authorities within the MSME department.

Qualifications:

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with MSME policies and the ZEd certification process is a plus but not mandatory.
