Key responsibilities:

1. Collect data from ops and relevant teams and highlight cases of exceptions/discrepancies
2. Coordinate with relevant teams over the justification for the discrepancy; follow up for discrepancy resolution
3. Prepare, consolidate, and send scheduled periodic reports (c3R) to customers as per SLA in a timely and accurate manner
4. Forward unresolved differences to the recon team for further investigation and closure
5. Provide proper response to customer queries over reports

6. Provide relevant training to branch staff, contact center team, and stakeholders

7. Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills is essential

8. Provide high quality, error free environment and coach/mentor colleagues accordingly
