We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Food and Beverage Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to airport passengers by preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with established standards. You will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for travelers within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve food and beverages following recipes and presentation guidelines

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and airport security protocols

Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining supply levels throughout shifts

Provide information to customers regarding menu items, promotions, and special offers

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform standards and grooming guidelines

Requirements:

Diploma or graduate

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout shifts

Willingness to comply with airport security regulations and pass required background checks
