Maintaining employee database (both in soft copy & file management).
Taking care of employee database about their, date of appointment, address,
telephone No's, employee dept, references, background verification records,
HR policies and other details.
Preparing all necessary documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters,and other documents as per the Employer/employee requirement as per company policies.
Payroll management and preparation of salary slips.
Inventory management.
Organizing and handling small events in organization.
Handling all admin activities (office bills, grocery management, electrical appliance management).
Vendors management and cash management.
Exit formalities.
Handling all the joining formalities.
